Thanks for letting us know - I can't see anything on the ESS Supportpage as yet. Do you have any further details about the error? We are able to import the students, but getting the message A mandatory tag is missing. It can be identified with the xpath of /ATfile/ATFpupilData/Pupil/SENhistory/SEN

Many thanks, Emma

You have got furhter than we have, ours just says system is unable to impor the file - the file slelected is not valid, all the students are shown, but the last line says Unexpected Error the coversions of navchar data to type to a small data type resulted in an out of range value...

We are supported by our LA and they came back with that ESS are aware and working on a fix!

Good luck!

Can anyone tell me where they got their ATF from?

We usually go to DfE > Secure Data Transfer > Downloads > ATF, but it's showing no file available for us?

I may be wrong (as far as I'm aware - I do check where you've mentioned - we've never had one made available to us - we've always had to chase primary schools for a CTF) but I believe your LA are the people responsible for producing and distributing - it may be they just haven't got round to it yet (assuming they do them)

We're actually on the boundary of two LA's which makes it more interesting as we're 50/50 split.

I'll wait until our admissions officer is back on Monday; I know she has (sole) access to NY admissions portal but myself and two others have previously been able to grab ATF from DfE so we were just confused.
