Be interesting to see whether Microsoft can gain any traction in the educational market with a low-cost Surface Laptop. Chromebooks and iPads still seem to be dominating the sector right now.

Hey Microsoft - we want repairability if these are to come anywhere near a school environment! I can crack open most laptops (ahem, not most Macbooks) and replace bits easily enough, but not when it’s all bonded and soldered!

Absolutely. It needs to be like the Chromebooks we have - where everything is modular and easily swappable.
