It might not be the website itself. We've been getting reports from some of our staff on Sky internet connections that they cannot connect to any website / vpn server / Skype4Business etc. with a .ac.uk address (I don't know what LGFLs address is, but just throwing this out as a general FYI for all).

Yup, something has gone pop within Sky, cannot access LGfL services, can get to the support.atomwide.com page but access to the public hosted auth fails. Tested from colleagues connection and internet is working but various hosts are not accessible, peering in Sky probably!

 

ac.uk likely hosted by Janet under the hood, thats likely the problem.

Im using sky at home. Logged into my home servers, 100% is dns. Changed my forwarders to google dns and it is working fine

 

EDIT: Looks like a number of banks are having issue as well

Seemingly things are coming back now?

 

Yep I can confirm, a few of my colleagues were affected and are now able to connect to affected services again.
