Adobe Creative Cloud licensing

Could I please ask for some advice regarding 'Named User licensing' for Adobe Creative Cloud. We haven't started using the software yet, but before we do so I wanted to find out other's experiences and whether anyone is using user licenses successfully. We are an LGfL customer and have 120 free user licenses.

 

As per the following link I understand that users can remain signed in to the app on up to two computers and can use the app on only one computer at a time:

When using the software on a shared PC (W10), are users automatically signed out of Adobe CC when they log off the PC?

 

If not, are they eventually signed out of Adobe CC or do they remain signed in indefinitely?

 

If the user forgets to sign out of Adobe CC, what happens when the next user of the shared PC logs in and launches Adobe CC? Presumably they don't have access to the previous user's Adobe CC account?

 

If the user has left themselves signed into Adobe CC at home and have left the software running, will that prevent them from using the software at school?

 

Is anyone using a mixture of Adobe user licenses and device licenses at school? Is there any benefit to doing so? For example using device licenses for student PCs and user licenses for staff? That's assuming staff are more likely to remember to sign themselves out than students :-)

We are using user licences 600.

Single sign in via azure enterprise applications and office 365 credentials registers for the accounts.

 

Users get prompted if they are signed into another machine ( or 2 if they’ve used both licences ) and are asked to sign a device out so it can be used.

 

Works well our 4th year of Adobe cc user based licences in Mac / windows estate.
