Our client a Secondary School based in Havering are looking to appoint a ICT Technician to provide first line support to pupils and staff for ICT systems, equipment and applications on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for basic ICT maintenance, health and safety and security. These responsibilities cover curriculum ICT and school management and administration ICT.

The Ideal candidate would have knowledge of working in Schools and posses the following skills:

 

• Sims.Net

• MCP ( Microsoft Certified Professional ) or equivalent

• Some Server 2003 Administration

• An understanding of specific ICT related health, safety and security issues in schools

• An awareness of the application of ICT to the school and national curriculum
