Very much so - the level of IT taught in many primaries is below acceptable standards IMO. We rarely have people come up to our secondary who are even aware of the function of the Shift key. These are the same people that get in all sorts of trouble on a Chromebook as it doesn't have the caps lock they know and love.

I heard someone a couple of years ago say "I Googled them on SIMS", so they obviously know Google isn't the Internet but apparently it is a word meaning "to search"?
