[ms office - o365] How to add Draw to ribbon automatically?

I would like to enable the "Draw" toolbar within the ribbon in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Does anyone know if there is a hidden GPO or registry setting we can apply to customize the Ribbon with "Draw" so users don't have to do this manually?

Did you manage to get anywhere with this? I've just had our Head of IT ask for the same thing and so far I'm not finding much.
