Start Menu - how do you do it? / pain points

Time limited call for feedback. It looks like Microsoft are soliciting thoughts and experiences around how we manage the Start Menu:

The old (working) way of creating a redirected Start Menu folder worked fine - we can still do this for redirected Desktops. This is why in combination with GPOs, Classic Shell works really well!

Is there any other option for submitting responses? I don't have a Twitter account, nor do I want one.

 

If not can someone request the following on my behalf, please?

 

Allow redirected start menus to be just that, without enforcing additional items from the local machine that we then have to find convoluted ways of removing. If we want/need them, we can include them in the redirection folder.

I think they intend for people to use the actual start menu as the GUI and then export the layout.

I get that, and it's OK for initial deployment, but not if I want to make any changes for specific groups of users in specific locations.
