Video Editor (Photo's App) video editor cannot import something went wrong

Hi all,

 

Having a really weird issue with the video editor app where if we try to add add video it gives the error "video editor cannot import something went wrong"

 

It seems to only do it when we have folder redirection in place.

 

Does anyone know if video editor looks for a specific location that redirection could be messing up or able to offer any other advice.

Not much help but we have the same error so a fix would be appreciated, so here's a free 'bump'

Can you exclude the redirection for the Video editor app or it's path?

 

We had to exclude iTunes at a previous employment because it was using up the users quota with backups of their phones etc., something we did not want also backed as part of our server backups.
