***6-month contract*** Urgent requirement for an IT Service Desk Support Engineer in North East London – Immediate Start, competitive salary / day rates.

A valid DBS Enhanced would be ideal but not essential.

 

***The role will include working from home, managing the service desk remotely***

 

A leading group of schools in North East London is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support engineer to join their talented and passionate team.

 

Hours: 36 hours per week.

Salary: Up to £25,000 pro-rata or day rate equivalent.

Location: North East London

 

Responsibilities

 

 

· Receive, log, response and document requests for support from help desk, service delivery team and users for tickets for internal staff and clients. Plan, schedule and monitor own work, and make sure requests are being follow-up and in progress, and resolved in a high level of standard and procedures

· Installation and configuration of the organisational and educational software

· Installation and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and network equipment

· Maintenance and installation of peripherals

· User assistance level 1/2 following user requests

· Exceptional customer service.

 

Skills experience required.

· Windows 10, Windows Server, Mobile devices, iPad, Chromebooks, Printers

· Office 365 and Gsuite.

· Active directory and Group policies.

· Audio visual systems.

· Wireless and network switches.

· Experience on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA)

 

Enhanced DBS check will be required.
