WHich is why you should only ever buy socks in bunches of about 10 pairs. Then you have loads of other socks that match - then wash them when 2 or 3 pairs are left and file single socks until a match appears worst present I ever got was a set of socks with the days on them - first thing in the morning I could never find the correct socks for the day - half the time I wasn;t even sure what day it was at that point!! And it made putting stuff away a nightmare as I had to sort through the whole pile of socks to find a match! 1

StevieM Posted September 14, 2020 Posted September 14, 2020 You won't believe what happened to my last couple of pairs of VeryPC socks. I used to have a blue pair and a purple pair. Now, for some reason, I can only find an odd pair of socks: one blue sock and one purple sock. Even stranger than that, I have another pair of odd socks exactly the same! Spoooooky! Anyway, I've just claimed a red pair of socks, as I don't have any other red socks*. I dread to think what would happen if I were sent a navy pair as well! (*Come to think of it, I don't have any navy socks either!) 1
