also reminds me of us looking after grandkid number 1 when she was still a toddle and giving her some proper shepherds pie and a spoon

naked and with a big sheet of plastic under her high chair

 

Ye Gods she had a good time eating her dinner

 

(Mum and Dad were not amused - now they are on their 3rd kid they would be a lot more relaxed on the basis of "He ate something - that'll do")
