Not that I can see (without going to the survey), but the email definitely says:

 

In appreciation of your time, we will compensate you with a £40 Amazon voucher or make a donation to a charity of your choice.

My daughter was offered one of these schemes, but the catch was the smallprint that you had to fill in questionnaires on a regular basis and the frequency was ridiculous

Does sound too good to be true, my other half has done a load of surveys/questionnaires via various sites and generally only got 30p-£1 each, some do more but not that much more

Well no mention of other surveys, but I did decline:

 

Would you be interested in completing a short 10-15 minute telephone interview at your convenience, for a further £40 voucher?

 

We shall see.

I do Google surveys, but in the past year I've gotten about £20 in Google credit for it. Mostly use it to buy audio books, mind you.

 

I do as well. got a couple free games too.
