Sims Summer 2020 is missing from Solus3?

 

Anyone else come across this?

For my other schools they are showing. But for 1 school its not.

 

I'm unsure if it is managed upsteam. How would i know?

It depends who the school gets the SIMS support from, as to who is responsible for deploying it out to Solus 3.

If it's not showing in S3 even after you force it to check for updates, then give the schools SIMS support team a call. It might be Capita direct, or it could be a third party provider like SchoolICT, but who ever it is should be able to resolve it for you.

We had exactly same problem for our site, we had to get it reauthorised on Solus upstream for it to appear. We have support direct from Capita, so they had to do this for us, once it has been reauthorised it appeared for us. Real pain, not sure why with this update it has happened.
