Dave is probably digging through a dragons trove of gold just to get this the most precious of objects for the winner... Either that or it's a really hard choice to make as you have all done so well on the competition.

Nothing to do with the 17 job changes at all...

The diversity of the entries has been superb! The quality of talent out there is insane, many of you have chosen the wrong career path.
