One bit of feedback about the annual leave entitlement: unless you’re bundling back holidays into that, 28 days is more than I get. You should put an option below that, 20-27 I guess. I get 25 days.

For regions it would be better to us the NUTS 1 & 2 regions as this can then be compared to other data (i.e. from the ONS)
