Hi,

I have installed SISRA excel add-in for a member of staff who has 64 bit office, but the add-in is not showing. It installs but it is not in the top bar.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I seem to recall having to do a registry edit/fix to resolve this

Quick search and i found the following;

64-bit Office

If you have a 64-bit version of Office installed you will need a registry fix in order for the Excel Add-in to register in Excel. Click the link below to download the zip file, extract the registry file and then run it. Please ensure you have Administrator rights on the computer you’re running this on.

You can check this in Excel by going to FILE > Account > About Excel. However, the process may be slightly different depending on the version you’re using; due to this, it may be worthwhile asking your IT department for this information.

I believe after installation the user still needs to go File -> Options -> Add-ins -> Mange: Excel Add-ins [Go...] -> Enable or Browse for the Add-in on the local machine.

I think I have found a registry fix for it. Hope that's the right one.

There's a GPO to force enable Excel add-ins too...

User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Excel 2016 > Miscellaneous

List of managed add-ins = Enabled

Based on the .reg file in @ultima170387's post, I think the name @sadams1980 would enter in the value name box is "SISRA Analytics Excel Add-In" (with a '1' in the value box), but that would need to double-checked. :)
