nathan Posted October 9, 2019 Posted October 9, 2019 We have our websites with tsohost and have done for the last 18 months, we've noticed the all of them are pretty slow to load. Has anyone else had any issues?
webman Posted October 9, 2019 Posted October 9, 2019 Yes, their cloud hosting has had huge performance and reliability issues for a while now. It seemed to get a lot worse after their parent company was bought by GoDaddy.

mrwoberts Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 Yes, I've experienced issues to. In the end I resorted to a page optimiser (creates static HTML from a WordPress page) Furthermore, it appears that one of their IP addresses that my domain uses to send my mail through has been blacklisted. I contacted them about this and they were suggesting that I'd been spoofed, but didn't have an answer when I said that it was primarily their IP address that has been blacklisted, not my email address. They created a SPF record for my domain (good practise anyway) but it hasn't changed anything. Thinking of moving away from them.
zoohead Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 Yes. I moved my wife's business website from 1&1 to tsohost about six months ago and it is noticeably slower. not to mention the recent issue with their webmail being blacklisted by Microsoft.
webman Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 They also have a lot of problems with being blacklisted, particularly Microsoft - their status page is full of them
Ausy Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 Gone down the pan, originally was with vidahost (brilliant) who got taken over by tsohost, then godaddy.... I moved every site I had with them, the last one this week funny enough.
russlp Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 Yes, we had issues for months - our site was often down at points. We moved to 1&1 ionos and it's now lightning fast and cheap!
