Software/Application for recording after-school clubs

Hello,

 

I'm a technician in an Academy in Cornwall. Would anyone have any experience in an app or software that will allow for the recording of clubs that staff can access to see who has signed up for what? We can do similar with a shared excel/google sheet but we would like something that is a bit more interesting...

Hi Steve,

 

We use our parents Evening Booking system to do it. The parents can log in and book their child onto the clubs that are available to them. It can be filtered to specific year groups and even to the individual child if needed. There is a bit of setup needed, but once that is done it works really well.
