shoescc Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 Good evening My Promethean ActivPanel is interactive on Whiteboard mode but not on the PC Display mode. I have changed HDMI and USB cables with ones I know to be working. The screen is projected as duplicate. I am not able to use the desktop interactively to open files etc... Can you please advise? Our drivers were fairly up to date (maybe a year or so old) but when we had some new panels (from Very PC!) they needed the latest and greatest. If you follow the "View all software link" they provide MSIs. 1
