HI, does anyone use Intouch with a 365 redirect?

I have a rule in 365 which redirects all emails addressed to [email protected] to [email protected] and also cc in a staff member here who deals with Intouch absences. She gets a copy of the email and says (getting near once a week nearly) it's not showing in Intouch, so we know it's a valid email.

Does anyone have emails go missing when sent to Intouch?

It's driving me nuts!

Edit: I should have said that the emails appear in Intouch and staff mailbox fine for 10 days, then the Intouch email goes walkabouts until after lunch, then they start appearing again in Intouch. Not the missing emails, but only new ones.

Just an update for anyone who experiences this as we are still having issues, and they have increased dramatically since 2/9/19! The emails appear to be in Capita Intouch spam filters which they released 16 days later. They say it's something to do with our rule which has worked fine for 18 months, and still works for the majority. In the middle of having a bit of a moan with them!

Sounds like they need to whitelist your [email protected] address. I find it really concerning how In-Touch problems are just palmed off when they can easily present safeguarding issues. Hate to rub salt into the wound but there are some better messaging alternatives out there if you're nearing the end of your contract.

The email doesn't actually come from absence@blabla as it is a redirect, so comes directly from the parent. There's definitely something wrong their end as it's mainly btinternet.com and yahoo, and icloud addresses. There are some others, but their rules seem pretty aggressive, but it's more the lack of spam filter monitoring that is causing this.

Yes I know there are others, but we have tried schoolcomms and now Intouch. Both have their faults. Any others you'd recommend?

I would have said Schoolcomms as that's the main one our schools seem to go for. Txt2Parents and the like are far too lo-fi. Groupcall is one that crops up occasionally too. I can feel your pain though, they all have their faults as you say.

Without knowing more about the mail setups on either end, Possibly DMARC and/or SPF filtering.

Well they appear to be moving on this. Had 3 emails released the same day today instead of 16 days later, although I did have one email also released today that had been quarantined for 16 days! Smile and wave, smile and wave!

Capita and BT/Yahoo (same infrastructure IIRC) are perpetually pointing fingers at each other over who's broken mail delivery, so that doesn't surprise me.
