Blocking Amazon music previews on Palo Alto

Has anyone managed to block students listening to Amazon Music previews on the Amazon websites on the Palo Alto.

Students are blocked from signing in and purchasing music or downloading tracks but they still can listen to the 30 second explicit previews, which can be a problem in a classroom!

Any Ideas?

Without knowing any specifics about Palo Alto, could you find out where they are served from (go to the page, use the Inspector/dev tools to find the URL) and just block that?

We tried this, but it seems to have different URL's for each music artist.

Is there a pattern? e.g. cdn1.amazonwhatever.com, cdn2, etc.

This is blocked as well, looks like we might have to contact Palo Alto.

You may have to create a custom app-id. Palo Alto should be able to help you with that if you can provide them with a packet capture.

We did this to block Google snake. I had a feeling we may have to do this. Thank you.
