If you type tracert 172.100.200.66 on your client machine you'll be able to see how packets are routed to the ILO.

You could force a full sync to make on-prem AD and AzureAD match again: Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Initial

If you type show loop-protect at the cli you'll be able to see which ports have/had loops.

I've been using a Timbuk2 Commute every day for the last 10 years and it's still going strong. Mine is the 15" laptop model but I don't think they do that exact one anymore. I've always got the impression that the Crumpler bags were more padded like camera bags and the Timbuk2 are more lightweight and honed down like true messenger bags.
