Hi everyone I am currently trying to replace a m2 hard drive in a HP pavilion 14 but am having real trouble removing the screw that holds the current drive in place. I have tried a #0 and #1 Phillips but had no luck. I just wondered if anybody had any ideas of what I could use.

Hi everyone I’m hoping somebody can help. I’m currently working on a pc that has been suffering from overheating causing the computer to shut down on several occasions. I am in the process of getting the data of the hard drive but when I have plugged the hard drive into another machine it is showing as Raw and unreadable. The member of staff who’s machine it is has several important documents on the drive but I am unable to access them is there any way to get hold of them? Thanks in advance.
