Hi all. One of our VM's is running Server 2012 R2 Standard, I'm trying to upgrade it to Server 2016 via the ISO however I cannot choose the option to "Keep personal files and app", I would need to select "Nothing", which isn't ideal. The two ISO's that I've been provided are SW_DVD9_Win_Server_STD_CORE_2016_64Bit_English_-4_DC_STD_MLF_X21-70526.ISO and SW_DVD9_Win_Svr_STD_Core_and_DataCtr_Core_2016_64Bit_English_-3_MLF_X21-30350.ISO

I was wondering if anyone else had come across this? Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers :)

That's what I initially thought. However the installer gives you the options of either Core or Standard, when selecting Standard the option to "Keep personal files and apps" is still greyed out.
