If I use or hotspot my phone it's fine, but otherwise I can get to the page but not sign in.

 

Assuming it's a problem with the LEA's filters, but just checking. Anyone else experiencing problems or got any ideas?

we have recently subscribed to this web link. I have not tested yet.

Works fine for us (at two schools with different internet/ filtering solutions). I believe the results side is due to open in July, and one of the children told me they got a results screen when they completed it but had closed it by the times I went to have a look; slightly dubious none of the others said they got any results!

 

Completely off-topic, but if you want to recommend a cheap subscription for practicing times tables using a format which is extremely similar to this system, check out TimesTables Rockstars. Pupils are raving about it in our school!

Thanks. Allegedly the .GOV site seemed OK earlier, so maybe just a glitch in our filtering. Gonna try it at another site tomorrow. That site uses TTR, which the kids love - and I love that i don't have to give it unfettered access to our MIS to set up users!

Did a trial run with Y4.

All worked ok but interested in a couple of things.

1) The order of the questions is not randomised. The children were taking it in the IT Suite and couldn't fail to see their peers' answers in extra large text on the screens either side of them.

2) A number of them took it twice. Got to the end and just ploughed on and did it again (even though they were told to stop when they got to the end!)

@Techie2000, @MrBitey and @saggu (or anyone else using this): Are you using suite or laptops?

 

I've been told that if a second person tries to log on wirelessly it hangs. Will test as soon as I can get a couple of log ons. Our wireless isn't top-notch (older Unifi) but everything else seems fine.

Well I've tried wired, wireless, different logons and different machines. Beginning to suspect it something to do with our web filter or ISP.

Apologies for the delay in replying, at one school we use a suite and another we use a set of laptops. The test arrangements will be interesting though as the smaller school only has a bank of 15 laptops!
