Touch Stops Working

Looking for some advice regarding one of our Promethean panels. I'm at a loss here with this board now!

Every so often the touch stops working on the panel, approximately once a week. When loading the DataView screen, it is still recognising a fingerprint at the right co-ordinates, but no response from the cursor. Rebooting the panel or unplugging the USB cable fixes the issue.

I've tried the following things so far:

1. Replaced the USB cable, it's now a direct 3M cable from the board to the computer's USB 2.0 port.

2. Replaced the computer.

3. Updated the Promethean board firmware.

4. Updated the Promethean drivers.

5. Updated the computers USB drivers.

6. Promethean have replaced the panel.
