You've probably figured that I've not been in the best place; I've had one thing after another knocking me for six, over the last few months. I'm still very much up and down... but I'm trying.

 

I won't be posting quite as often as before but, now that I've taken the first step, I promise I'll be popping in and out. I've missed you guys.
