Hi all.

I have a pen drive here that has lost its partition table. As usual its kicking up the "not formatted" message and all the files are gone.

Basically wondered if anyone has used any software to recover these and if so could they provide a link please?

Its NOT been backed up :/

Reformat it then run data recovery on it. This has worked for me in the past.

The new fat table allows windows to access the drive and the file recovery software will scan it for files. Make sure you only do a quick format and keep the same file system though :)

Use GET DATA BACK for FAT

its quite cheap

and you can try it before you purchase it.

its fantastic, and can normally extract your data.

I wouldnt of formatted it though,

Would be better to try recorvery before formatting it, and then if that fails, then after its been formatted.

Good luck!!
