  1. I'm not following you, do you not have to have that build (1511 10586) and not 10240 to even get the other updates including the Feb 2016 update as well?
  2. So if we wanted to deploy a new build to say our entire site.. we'd have to reimage every machine? Why is this taking place? isnt this a bit silly?
  3. Hi guys Bit of a conundrum. I've just returned to work after being off sick a while, and im trying to update my machine which currently reports its version as 10 10240, i know there have been a lot of updates since November, and the update is listed in my windows updates, however, all i ever get, is "waiting to download" and the download never surpasses 0% I've done the usual deleting of the software dist folder in c:\windows, that did bring me down a load of updates for office 2013, however i am still stuck with the update for 1511 10586 but i cannot download it, it just sits on 0% as mentioned. Has anyone else experienced this? I know i can download a newer ISO from the VLSC but i dont like the idea of having to do this each time a new windows version is released, thinking forward to a future deployment of 10. 10 Education 64 bit Build 10240

ErrorReportingEnabled: False After that the message got pushed into the poison queue, after seeing that first error message, im not surprised. To me that looks like exchange is looking for the arbitration boxes but not getting their location?
  7. Just an update to the above Upon investigation, it seems the messages are immediately going into the poison queue.. I can't see why but hopefully someone out there will be able to help! Thanks
  8. Hi guys We are attempting to setup moderation on a specific users' email. We have implemented the hub transport rule and the settings basically are as follows: mail from forward to , & for moderation HOWEVER, after 4 test emails, none of the moderators are receiving the moderation request. I have checked the arbitration mailboxes and they are all in AD, they are active in the DB. Unfortunately I'm stuck now, not massively experienced with exchange so any help would be awesome! Thanks
  9. Hey gents TMC: I don't really want to disable online content as the kids and staff will no doubt want it. Iain: Smoothwall is currently set to NTLM, I will investigate getting it changed, thanks =-) B
  10. Hey guys I am working on deploying office 2013 to our domain this summer, I have gotten 99% of things fixed and sorted, however, for some reason office is requesting proxy credentials for autodiscover.domain.local After researching this a bit, the error mostly pertains to outlook or exchange, except this error happens in word which is confusing the situation. I have configured word via gpo and OCT to not use the start screen which has nipped all the other proxy prompts in the bud however this one prompt still persists, I wondered if anyone else out there had the same issue? B
  11. Previously used papercut in a few of my primaries, I swore by it, moved jobs to where I am now where they used PMP but it was terrible and constantly overloading the server, removed it and just put pcounter on as we don't need the powerful features of the full papercut product. TLDR, Papercut, Papercut, Papercut.
  12. @Vegas We have solved our issues in regards to this, I don't know how helpful it will be for you but its here for you if you want. We found our issue was to do with the console we had made not working in the correct version of IE. The fix is as follows: Browse to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION using regedit Create a key with the same name of the exe you are using (we have a custom made email console made in visual studio using a simple web browser object called SJFConsole.exe) Change the value to decimal and enter 9000 as the value This sets the web browser object to run at IE10 instead of IE7. AS I said I don't know how helpful this will be to you mate but it has solved our problems and email is working perfectly again B
  13. Unfortunately using another owa server did not resolve the issue, however we have found that using HTTPS for OWA works perfectly as it should, however using non HTTPS causes the issues to arise. We are going to submit this to MS and see what their take on it is. Will update this when we get information back from MS
  14. we're going to attempt making a new OWA url and directory on a new server tomorrow, I will let you know how we get on. Otherwise, if anyone else wants to comment please do, this is a massively frustrating issue!
  15. Yea that isn't an option for us right now unfortunately heh.. and the amount of bitching we have going on over having to manually refresh is a joke... I am searching google to no avail, is there no official word from MS on this?
