CMIS have created some web parts which can be brought from them. You may want to buy the license for single sign on as well.

There are tools out there that will allow you to create classes in sharepoint so you can assign work to those pupils - SalamanderSoft Limited

We are using the Serco web parts - very good and work well.

We also use the salamander products to bring data from CMIS into our Sharepoint install.

Matt, do the SharePoint web parts allow you to bring through your timetabled classes directly into Sharepoint to use wtih the SLK? What else do they do for you, does it allow you to make a custom "E-Portal"? could you tell me a bit more about them before I investiage them more.
