It can be very awkward to use or select additional components to mask, especially if you have noisy backgrounds.

 

For normal white background removal it's 100% perfect though.

I have no idea, but they do say this on their site. It's probably a nice AI training system. What they do with the AI once it can pick people out of crowds however...
