Haha, I'm thinking of ways to sneak out of work! Don't get it till my brother picks it up at 4 anyways so no point. Just got to wait till then - but then of course we have a big football match tonight so won't get to play on it for long tonight.

My housemate has had it for a few days... It looks quite nice! I've not had a go yet though.. Tempted to get an xbox for it, they're well cheap now. It'll be my first console since the SNES!

Yay! Just had work back from the powers that be (my brother) that I owe him £40. This of course means that he has purchased our household norm of 2 copies of GTA IV (always got to get two copies otherwise how can we play each other online?!). This means I'm gonna be on from about 9 tonight!

It is sitting in its delivery box behind me right now.. Calling my name sweetly.... Begging me to open it and to play.... Just read the manual.... That sweet, sweet, new manual smell...... Memorise the map, find those optimum escape routes.....

 

I need to get out more.

 

Ohh and I'm out tonight adn tomorrow night and still have Bully to finish!

You'd only have to save up half as hard if you bought the xbox360 version Bought it last night in Asda. Couldn't believe it as there was literally a queue of over 200 folk standing waiting to get a copy!

Only played for about an hour but it seems pretty awesome so far!

I'm building a behemoth PC at present - it'll be just right to play it when the PC version comes out.....

I will wait for the PC version too. Only just started playing San Andreas . I may even be able to afford a little upgrade by then as my 3 gig P4 is getting a little tired and I want to get my hands on a Core 2 Duo. I am just waiting for the 3 gig version to come down a bit.

Nothing's been mentioned by any company regarding a PC port. I do hope we get one in 6 months time, as per last few GTA games. The PC versions are so much better. Mouse and keyboard control for on foot, PlayStation pad for when in vehicles, moddable, editable, better looking (HW dependant obviously)
