[ms office - o365] Mail Merge in Office 365 Online?

Hey Everyone

 

At our school we currently have a excel spreadsheet for tracking educational visits that all teachers can access and add their trip info which then gets merged across to a word document that they take out with them.

 

Is there anyway to do this as a shared document on office 365 as we have been experiencing issues where users keeping getting the locked for editing message and we want to find a better way to do it.

 

I know mail merge in O365 Online is not a thing right now?
