SIP Trunk provider recommendations?

Gamma sell through a reseller. Funny I contacted them today as we had our first outage in about 3years. Happened late last night and was resolved in hours but the issue had a knock on effect to our internal system which required restarting.

Otherwise they seem reliable

We pay £8.95 per channel. Will be having words though now I've seen this £4 odd price knocking about! Still loads cheaper than ISDN even at £8.95 x 8 though.

Which gamma resellers are people using, how much are you paying?

Cloudcentral... sorry don’t have info to hand on cost.

If I know the school it’s cheap cheap. They didn’t even opt in for any support agreement so guess who blind fixes when something goes wrong.

We use Millgate who resell Gamma. Cant fault them

 

Same - we terminate them into an Avaya IP Office system just fine.

Gamma channels are roughly £8 each and offer unlimited calls to local and national numbers and a high limit on calls to moblies. . 2000 mins I'm told.

Ours are 5,000 local/national and 2,000 mobile per channel, but when you've got 8 channels it might as well be unlimited - we use about 3,000 out of the 40,000 free local/national ones a month.

We use Voip-Unlimited. £10.99 per trunk, unlimited channels. But then you pay for the minutes. Means we don't get hit with "all lines are busy", which is more important to us than minutes of calls.
