Anyone else having problems with this today?

 

Can't log onto the "server" version:

 

Could not log in due to a problem on the SCO server which has been reported to Tucasi Support.

 

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal server Error

 

The Tucasi site seems to be playing up, too.

Yup, lots of people on twitter complaining about it, plus we've had a couple of calls from annoyed parents. Seems to be happening quite often.

We've not migrated to their new cloud SCO - should we hold off?

Yeh I would. Probably the root of their issues migrating to v2.4

 

We did this in during the hols. Finance are wishing we hadn't now

Was struggling to access SCO earlier this morning here. Support were aware and the status page (https://status.tucasi.com) has just been updated to say service restored.

 

Second week in a row that we've had downtime that's massively affected the school dinner ordering. Anybody got any viable alternatives to SCO that I can suggest to our Business Manager?
