I'd be swapping RAM first and foremost (just because it's easy and surprising how often it works). Otherwise it could be a failing HDD (less likely), other device with memory like GPU, or OS install.

Swapped out the RAM - won't know till first boot up tomorrow if it has done the trick - fingers x'd

Bluescreenview can be useful for identifying the cause of a BSOD (e.g. graphics driver, etc.). If you run it on the affected machine it'll parse the dump file(s) left behind from BSODs.

Always use bluescreen view to identify bsod

 

If you can access the files on disk navigate to c:\windows\minidump and open one of the recent files using the software
