I would respond along he lines of “IT Network Manager, [email protected], schools main reception number” enjoy getting filtered out like the rest of the cheeky companies trying to exploit FOI. No requirement to respond with direct contact information or names.

Indeed. I've already looked up the company online and added their phone number to our black list.
