[sims] Delete very old user logon accounts

I know you can mark users as active or inactive, but to me it makes sense to delete old SIMS.net accounts for users who have left the school many many years ago.

 

I can delete some, but some also say I cannot delete because "This user has been recorded logging in to the system".

 

Yes they may have done, ten years ago!

 

But I now want to purge their records to keep my database cleaner.

Not that I'm aware of.

Capita has yet to release any functionality to purge said logs, thus without paying Capita for a site-specific patch to do so (which is expensive) there is no way to achieve this without invalidating your support contract from Capita.
