Hi,

 

I am having an issue at the moment with Shared iPad deployment. The iPads use DEP and talk to our meraki console, where they are supervised and configured as shared iPads from that DEP enrolment profile. Once they have been supervised the devices think they are in San Francisco and we seem to be unable to change the location of the iPads. There doesn't seem to be a restriction set...

Is your firewall blocking access to the ntp server. I’m not sure which one Apple use so you could just allow port 123 to all destinations
