Does n't get the best feedback from people who have purchased - but you get what you pay for I suppose.

RasPi model 3 with retroPi and some cheap Ps3 wired controllers is what you need ;-)

From the Qs: No saving and composite (red/white/yellow phono for sound/video).

 

Plus the reviews are fairly poor.

There is a clone that outputs HDMI which received some better reviews

 

 

It doesn't have the built in games, but you can play most original titles.
