3s-gtech Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Is Ladibug just the viewer? Have you tried other vendors' viewers or generic software?
newpersn Posted September 22, 2017 Author Posted September 22, 2017 Is Ladibug just the viewer? Have you tried other vendors' viewers or generic software? Could you share?
3s-gtech Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Well, I'm not sure about SLAs but you could try Aver's Sphere2 which is available from their website. Most visualisers seem to work as webcams so other viewers may work. If not - what version of .Net is installed on the PC?

skell Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 (edited) Huh. We have Ladibug 3.05 installed on 1703 and its working fine. Have you tried downgrading? Or upgrading, if you are indeed on 2.08. Whats the difference? Edited September 22, 2017 by skell

skell Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Lumens is a leader in optical products - Download link to Ladibug software
newpersn Posted September 22, 2017 Author Posted September 22, 2017 Lumens is a leader in optical products - Download link to Ladibug software only shows the latest... Got it working now. It was the privacy settings that was blocking the camera from working. Changed GPO and gpupdate and it started working and no longer crashed the program.
lukehemingway Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 What privacy settings GPO did you change to get this working please.
newpersn Posted October 4, 2017 Author Posted October 4, 2017 What privacy settings GPO did you change to get this working please. I had camera gpo blocking use of it. Try using the camera app on windows 10 and see if that works
OverWorked Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 I had camera gpo blocking use of it. Try using the camera app on windows 10 and see if that works @newpersn : what GPO setting exactly was blocking it? I've got the exact same problem as you had, but can't see any relevant GPO settings. My Ladibug cameras were working until about two months ago. Now the LadiBug application will not run on Windows 7 or 10. The behavior depends on the graphics driver installed. With the generic MS graphics driver it just closes. With the Intel graphics driver LadiBug says "System video limitation reached... ". I thought it was Sophos blocking it - but I've ruled that out. Thanks.
