Well, I'm not sure about SLAs but you could try Aver's Sphere2 which is available from their website. Most visualisers seem to work as webcams so other viewers may work. If not - what version of .Net is installed on the PC?

I’m going to have a guess at 4.6 due to sims. Will try avers and report back.

Huh. We have Ladibug 3.05 installed on 1703 and its working fine. Have you tried downgrading? Or upgrading, if you are indeed on 2.08. Whats the difference? Edited by skell

What privacy settings GPO did you change to get this working please.

I had camera gpo blocking use of it. Try using the camera app on windows 10 and see if that works

@newpersn : what GPO setting exactly was blocking it?

I've got the exact same problem as you had, but can't see any relevant GPO settings. My Ladibug cameras were working until about two months ago. Now the LadiBug application will not run on Windows 7 or 10.

The behavior depends on the graphics driver installed. With the generic MS graphics driver it just closes. With the Intel graphics driver LadiBug says "System video limitation reached... ".

I thought it was Sophos blocking it - but I've ruled that out.

Thanks.
