a. they lied and they did

b. alternative universe where they did

c. someone external opens it for them from the other side

I don't know how the series will be able to focus on Catherine Langford though - the lore behind it all is pretty well set from SG-1! Maybe its focused more on Earth than going through it with this series?

I love the whole Gate franchise. Better than Trek and Wars.

I do love Stargate as well so hoping a full series comes at some point although not sure about the Origins premise but we will see.

I also do love ST:TNG tbh and watch Stargate and TNG quite a lot.
