To save anyone else a Google: The beans are cut as opposed to uncut (obviously), "sieve" refers to the average diameter (not sure why this is missing from the "really green" ones) and Blue Lake is the varietal.

Looks to me that the ones on the left are cooked and the ones on the right are raw.
