Michael Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Morning all, Is is just me, or is O365 going round in circles trying to sign in? Have had numerous Birmingham schools with the same issue, so not sure if it's a BGfL problem (caching/proxy), or possibly something else? Resetting IE to defaults appears to clear it, but then the problem can re-appear too.
irfdude Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Just had a call from someone having the same issue in Devon.
brownium Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Seeing this too. Have put a quick link on the staff desktop directly to outlook.office.com which lets you in once you have done your initial sign in to the o365 portal.
CamelMan Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 if you go to Outlook.com/<> rather than login.microsoft.com it seems to be ok.
PotNoodleTech Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Yes its a MS issue been happening all day on and off.
Michael Posted July 3, 2017 Author Posted July 3, 2017 I've had this still this morning, but changing to https://outlook.office365.com/ from https://login.microsoftonline.com/ does the trick.
smithson83 Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 Still having the issue this morning, we've pointed the link from the staff page to https://outlook.office365.com/, which is working for staffs mail, but I'm still unable to get into the Amdin Centre.
FragglePete Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 I too can't get access to our admin centre this morning ! Tried all addresses so far. Not good. Pete
mikkydoos Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 Im getting txts that Birmingham Grid for Learning are having problems.
PotNoodleTech Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 Yes still having problems this morning in sunny Wales.
Sylv3r Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 We had issues this morning, but seemed OK by the afternoon. Different error message upon getting into the admin console this morning as we got on Friday.
