Thank you al. :)

Install was nice and simple. Took 5 mins including a reboot. Clients started updating with out hassle.

Managed to install the console on my machine now. (Had problems installing since we had ransomeware)

Not had chance to test or play but will do next week. :)

Glad you are up and running - assuming ransomware was a separate issue ( our downloads are all checked for integrity) ?

Have a good weekend

Have all keys gone out today? As we haven't received anything yet? :)

I thought the majority had Steve yes, but clearly not yours. I’m really sorry I’ll chase up on it first thing Monday.

Sorry for the delay.

Hi Steve, the team were working hard yesterday to get as many keys out as possible, there are a few hundred left (as far as I know) - we will be in at 7:00 on Monday to get the final few out and I will make sure yours is one of the first. Matt

Have a good weekend

This may be a daft question but I pushed the agent out through Group Policy - if I upgrade to 4.5 do I push the updated agent out via GPO or does it upgrade itself automatically (or do I get a choice)?

Once you update the DNA server component, it will automatically update your agents for you, so nice and easy.

Hope that helps, but any issues and happy to ask Support team to call you on Monday and assist.

Hi Matt/Al, I've not had my upgraded key yet I'm afraid :-( Please can you look into this for me? Ed

Just a courtesy update, after a bit of a mountain to tackle we are very much in the home straight with less than 100 keys to send out, to our UK customers at least ( US customers will be completed tomorrow after Labor day). Given how many we have had to process this is very much the last few and should be done in the next hour or two, so if you haven't had your key by lunchtime please PM me or @Matt_NetSupport and we will chase up.

Thanks for all the positive feedback and kind words about the new version, genuinely it makes a real difference. As of this morning we are working on version 4.6 :D

You can also start a live chat with us either from our website or just from this link https://tawk.to/edugeekdnachat if you have any issues or questions.

[update] - All DNA 4.5 keys have now been sent out directly or in some cases to resellers to forward on.

If you have not got your DNA 4.5 please PM Al_NetSupport, or Matt_NetSupport.

Installed 4.5 this morning - installed without an issue. Nice to see the workstation utilization on the explorer view. Took a moment or two to understand the change to settings 'profiles' but not too long that I had a panic.

When will the documentation be available on the knowledge base for 4.5? I can't seem to enable the Logon Control - it's permanently greyed out on either a converted or new profile. I guess I'm doing something daft.

One thing that would be really useful to tweak in the new version would be the new safeguarding phrase review window.

The new update gives a box for an explanation to be typed when marking something as a false alarm - which I like - but, if the box was to automatically open and allow you to type straight in to it (rather than having to click in the text field area first) that would save a lot of time?

E.G. Currently I might have 100 false alarms. For each I need to click the false icon, then click the text field, then type, then click on.

If I could just open the review window and click false, type / paste text without having to click in to the box and push enter it would save a lot of switching between keyboard and mouse!

Thanks @mb2k01

Will share the feedback with the elves, i can appreciate that would be something small that might save a lot of time. Have you played with your thresholds as well, to see if you can get a few less false alarms ( either setting the sensitivity matching requirements up a bit and also excluding apps that are unlikley to present a safeguarding risk ?) - Apologies if stating the obvious, suspect you'll already it have covered.

Al.
