Weirdly its the only video that won't play, everything else if fine, no errors in filter log (Sophos UTM)...

works IE but not Chrome!?

Maybe try unchecking "enable hardware accelaration" in Advanced settings in Chrome? Could also be a video driver issue perhaps?

Guessing you have flash enabled within chrome on the computers (since one of the updates it gets disabled by default, but you probably know this!)

Yep and all the other videos on the site work

Not a filtering issue, all the other videos work and nothing is being blocked. Plus the video works in IE, Edge and FF.

 

Told them to use another browser for this one, very odd!
