There isn't anything for it as Signatures are not really something thats configured via GPs, people use exchange correctly and do the legal notices etc at the server end where idiot users cannot mangle them up.

ok lets just sum this up. the script can't be changed becuse the NM wont let me becuse of the problems with the logging off.

Could you not comment out the parts which are to do with the signature and then test to make sure that users can still log out? If it turns out that they can't then you can uncomment the code. No harm done.

I think we need to see the script to figure out what can be done to alter the problem.

I understand what you are saying, the script runs on logon, if it doesnt fully fit a certain criteria it then logs the user off, removing the outlook part logs the user off so you cant take this out before being able to work out why the error comes up, if you could remove it from the script you would set exchange up to add the exclaimer in exchange.

I have to agree it did sound at first like you were not wanting to listen to what anyone was saying, but i can understand that you cant make any changes without approval.
