How to create SIMS reports using an Excel Template

Hi

 

I would like to learn how to create a report from Sims using an Excel template, so that the output is always set up the same (eg as a Pivot table) but I have no idea how to begin.

 

Please could someone guide me or send me a link, if there has already been a post on this.

Ive done the advanced reporting with excel analysis course a couple of years ago and it is really good. Learnt a lot and have been able to create lots of nice reports since.

If you're confident in Excel itself, then you can get started by following the QRS available in the help within SIMS.

 

QRS - Reporting - Create a macro report from SIMS allowed me to do my first automagical Excel output.

 

QRS = Quick Reference Sheet
